Private instruction includes: obedience,
manners, sports and behavior adjustment.
Behavior Consults
include a behavior
interview, possible baseline assessment, management and
treatment overview and a treatment curriculum. This service is
to collect information to get diagnostic information and to
determine prognosis. You will also be given some management
solutions and simple exercises to give you some relief before
you follow-thru with a program.
Baseline Assessments
are required to gather information prior to
training or any behavior program. This is a form of "testing"
to help identify problem areas and to help rule out any other
potential issues.
Behavior Evaluation is assessing
behavior and recording observational results from a test.
Video is always taken for this process. You will receive a
behavior assessment letter with training/treatment
recommendations and potential referrals depending on the case.
Behavior Binder
is an
educational tool that will help you succeed in a behavior
modification treatment program. The more that you understand
the behaviors and how to change them the more likely you will
achieve a realistic goal. If you are going to invest money
into a behavior consult with the intent of working on the
problem to improve your situation then I would highly
recommend this support tool. It is packed with current dog
behavior information, learning theory, behavior modification
guidelines, articles directed at your dog's target behaviors
and more! It takes approximately 3 weeks to complete and
be mailed to you.
Loose Leash Training Walks Does
Fido drag you around? Don't have time to invest extra effort
into loose leash walking? Ever wish for a magic solution?
This might be your answer. No behavior improves without
patience and effort and with today's family schedules, LLW
falls off the radar but is an important aspects for improving
your leadership and giving your dog mental and physical
stimulation. Again - only humane equipment used. For this to be
successful, you will need to be included in at least a session
or two so that you can add to the program and not undermine
progress. Requires a pre-service meeting.
