My Coaching Story
Helping You Move Forward
Since 2002, I’ve been working as a Certified Professional Dog Trainer who specializes in helping people with their dogs. I have helped many families out of frustrating and concerning behaviors towards enjoying their dog(s). I coach my clients in a way that utilizes both their heads and their hearts. I first learned about 'positive training' when I hit a roadblock in my own life with my dogs and was struggling to move past it. The techniques I use are based on scientifically proven methods of applied behavior analysis and reinforcing behaviors you desire.
Prior to dog training, I was working with horses in Silicon Valley. Before becoming a CPDT and before attending the SF/SPCA Academy for Dog Trainers, I competed extensively in AKC Obedience trials for 5 years. We earned several High in Trial awards and earned being on the Top 20 Obedience Finalist in 2000 & 2002 in the Doberman Pinscher Club of American.
